Our Aims
The aims of the Association are to:
- to increase safety for pedestrians, particularly children and the elderly, cyclists and car users in Nightingale Lane and adjoining streets
- to reduce noise and pollution
- to improve the local environment visually and improve landscaping
- to encourage a thriving and supportive locality, encouraging local business, strengthening the community and helping to reduce crime
- to reinforce the special nature of the locality, its conservation areas and its diversity of architecture and building usage
